Welcome to the North Mazar application. These terms represent a legal agreement between you and the app's management. By using the app, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms and agree to be bound by them.
1. General Definitions
- The App: The "North Mazar" application (Public) and its associated services.
- The User: Anyone who downloads and uses the app, whether as a "Guest" or a "Registered Member".
- The Merchant/Seller: The user whose request to join the commercial system in the app has been approved.
- The Content: Includes news, advertisements, images, comments, and published commercial information.
2. User Accounts and Security
- Account Creation: Registration requires providing accurate data (Name, Email). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login data.
- Ban System: The management reserves the right to ban any account (via the check-ban-status Edge Function) in case of violating the terms or submitting abusive reports against a user.
- Guest Mode: The app allows limited browsing without an account, but some features (such as commenting, commerce) require logging in.
3. Commerce System and Stores
- Joining Requests: Store registration is subject to an administrative review system (stores_order_list). The management has the right to reject any request, stating the reason (Rejection Reason).
- Commercial Content Responsibility: The merchant bears full legal responsibility for the accuracy of information, prices, and the quality of products or offers published in the "Product Management" and "Offer Management" sections.
- Promotion and Marketing: Promotion requests (Marketing Orders) are paid services or subject to special agreements, and are activated after administrative approval and setting the time period.
4. Content and Comments Policy
- Comments: When adding a comment to the news, the user commits to public morals. The management has the right to delete any abusive or inappropriate comment without returning to the user.
- News: News is provided from its sources mentioned in the app, and aims to spread awareness and information in the North Mazar district.
5. Notifications and Background Services
- System Alerts: By using the app, you agree to receive notifications regarding breaking news, store status updates, or important administrative alerts.
- Control: You can customize the types of notifications you wish to receive through the "Notification Settings" within the app.
- Background Service: The app runs a Background Service to ensure important alerts are delivered even if the app is closed.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All designs, source codes, and logos of the North Mazar app are the exclusive property of the management.
No part of the app or its content may be copied or redistributed for commercial purposes outside the scope of the services provided within it.
7. Disclaimer
- Service Continuity: We strive to ensure the app works efficiently 24/7, but we bear no responsibility for any interruption caused by technical issues beyond our control or maintenance operations.
- App Updates: The app includes a mandatory update system to ensure security and compatibility. Failure to update the app may result in the service stopping for you.
8. Amendments to the Terms
The North Mazar app management reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Users will be notified of any material changes via an in-app notification or via the registered email.
9. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and regulations applicable in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and the courts of Irbid shall have jurisdiction to consider any dispute arising from it.
